    Michael, Owner

    Michael has been part of Tommy's since 2006. He grew up helping with his dad's auto shop in Knoxville, TN. He loves working on cars and working with customers. His greatest joy is helping people, whether it's at work, church, or a social function with friends and family. Michael says the best part about working at Tommy’s is being completely transparent and honest; it's OK to be empathetic in order to help people and give them the best customer service possible. Michael drives a Toyota Tundra and a Subaru WRX, and enjoys camping, mountain biking, and serving the community. He also loves being a father to his three small children and a husband to his dear wife.

  • Trevor, District Manager/Managing Partner

    Trevor Lintzen has been in the service industry for 15 years. He loves anything fast, loves working on his Volkswagens. When he is not at work, he is a huge sports fan both playing them and watching them. He has been a Baseball player since he could walk and still plays the sport he loves to this day. He loves being a part of the Tommy's Hi Tech and Tommy’s European family. He has been with us since 2018. Customer service and solving problems promptly is where he thrives!

    Mick, Shop Manager

    With over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, Mick is highly skilled and well-versed in European vehicles. His passion for the trade drives his commitment to continual learning and excellence. Outside the shop, Mick embraces his need for speed on the motorcycle track. Originally from Philadelphia, he and his wife have made Texas their new home — and all of us at Tommy’s are proud to welcome them to the family.

  • Josh Sessions, Elite Service Advisor

    Josh is a highly skilled automotive professional with a strong background in both automotive and diesel mechanics. He graduated from UTI and went on to spend more than seven years as a BMW technician at BMW of Dallas, where he developed deep expertise in precision diagnostics and high-performance vehicles.

    Following his time in the shop, Josh served as Team Lead for General Motors Extended Warranty for over five years, bringing leadership, technical knowledge, and a customer-focused mindset to the role.

    Outside of work, Josh is a certified scuba diver with over 60 hours of open-water dive experience. When he’s not underwater or working on vehicles, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his beautiful girlfriend Gracie and we can not forget his Great Dane, Maxn who goes anywhere Josh goes.

  • Robert Brown, Elite Service Advisor

    Robert brings over two decades of European automotive repair expertise to our team. He began his career as a porter and steadily advanced through parts management to ultimately become a service manager, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the industry at every level.

    A luxury vehicle owner and true automotive enthusiast, Robert has built his career on passion as much as experience. His extensive knowledge spans premier European brands including BMW and Mercedes-Benz, and he spent many years traveling with a Porsche racing team, further deepening his hands-on expertise.

    Beyond the automotive world, Robert is an avid supporter and contributor to the fine arts. In his spare time, he also performs stand-up comedy, bringing creativity, perspective, and a great sense of humor to everything he does here

    Reece, Parts Specialist

    Reece joined the Tommy’s family in June 2024, bringing his enthusiasm and expertise with him. His journey with cars began with his first vehicle, a 2004 Mazda RX8, which he loved working on. This ignited a deep passion for automobiles that has fueled his career since 2017. Known for his insatiable curiosity and eagerness to learn, Reece is always looking for new challenges in the industry. When he’s not in the shop, you’ll find him making memories with friends and family or seeking thrills through adventurous activities like indoor rock climbing.
