Michael has been part of Tommy's since 2006. He grew up helping with his dad's auto shop in Knoxville, TN. He loves working on cars and working with customers. His greatest joy is helping people, whether it's at work, church, or a social function with friends and family. Michael says the best part about working at Tommy’s is being completely transparent and honest; it's OK to be empathetic in order to help people and give them the best customer service possible. Michael drives a Toyota Tundra and a Subaru WRX, and enjoys camping, mountain biking, and serving the community. He also loves being a father to his three small children and a husband to his dear wife.

Trevor Lintzen has been in the service industry for 15 years. He loves anything fast, loves working on his Volkswagens. When he is not at work, he spends time with his amazing fiancé Cameron of 8 years and their 2 Dogs (Charlie and Chance). Family is a very huge part of his life. On the weekends he spends time with Cameron, his parents Tracey and Todd, and his brother Trent. He is a huge sports fan both playing them and watching them. He has been a Baseball player since he could walk and still plays the sport he loves to this day. He loves being a part of the Tommy's Hi Tech and Tommy’s European family. He has been with us since 2019. Customer service and solving problems promptly is where he thrives!

Franky joined Tommy’s in November of 2021. Franky helps create brand awareness & increase visibility on social media. During his off time; he enjoys cooking gourmet dishes, & traveling with friends & family.

Sandy does a wonderful job of keeping up with our vendors to assure parts arrive on time and we keep your repairs moving as quickly as possible. She loves fishing in her spare time, and boy are we looking forward to the fish fry days.

Bob has dedicated the past 32 years of his working career to serving Plano. He started at this location with previous owner Sam Raas, working exclusively with German and European vehicles. In his spare time, Bob enjoys trips to Colorado with his wife, kids, and grandkids.

Colynn is an avid fisherman and graduate of the Technician Training and Education Network program at Texas State Technical College.

Luis joined Tommy’s in November of 2023. He has a tireless work ethic & an attitude that illuminates our shop with positivity. Whether it’s assisting a colleague, shuttling customers home, or taking on additional responsibilities, his enthusiasm knows no bounds. He drives an Audi RS5, which increased his interest with high performance vehicles. Young, driven, & full of confidence, his journey to learn the art of working on cars should be an exciting one. We’re glad he’s on our team so we can strive for a brighter future together.

We welcomed David into the Tommy’s family in December of 2023. David has over a decade of experience in the automotive industry. He is happily married to his loving wife & he is the proud father of 2 boys. When he’s not in our shop caring for your vehicle, he’s spending time with family or partaking in outdoor activities. Nature is his sanctuary, he loves to hunt, fish, & camp.

Jonathan became a member of the Tommy's family in April 2024, boasting 22 years of experience in the automotive industry and holding the esteemed title of a certified BMW master technician. He exemplifies dedication both professionally and personally, as a devoted husband and proud father of two children. He spends his off-time indulging in the great outdoors with activities such as fishing and hunting, and he also has a knack for cooking.
